Combine strategy, content, customer care and measurement into a sustainable campaign.

What you will learn

  • Create a focused thirty-day plan
  • Assign time budget and responsibilities
  • Review results and prepare the next cycle

Before you begin

Use a real business only when you have permission to manage its information. Practise with a small budget or invented campaign first. Never publish customer information, account passwords, verification codes, private tokens or payment credentials.

Build the plan

Choose one customer group, offer, primary channel and measurable goal. Schedule profile improvements, content, direct responses and any paid test.

Include accurate stock or capacity limits. Marketing should not promise more orders or appointments than the business can fulfil well.

Create an operating routine

Assign who creates, approves, posts, responds and records results. Protect account access and store reusable assets in an organised folder.

Set response-time expectations and escalation steps for complaints, refunds, unsafe requests and account-security problems.

Review and repeat

At the end, compare results with the goal and calculate the cost of useful outcomes. Record customer questions and operational problems.

Continue what produced profitable, satisfied customers; revise what created confusion; stop what was deceptive, unsafe or wasteful.

Guided practice

  1. Complete a thirty-day calendar and budget.
  2. Prepare ten reusable content ideas and response templates.
  3. Define the weekly scorecard and review meeting.
  4. Present the final campaign plan in five minutes.
