Home PC Hardware & Software Support I’m a Software engineer who helps fix computer problems for home users. 1. Message me on WhatsApp with a short description of the issue and, if possible, photos or videos of the problem, error messages, or the inside of the PC. 2. I review everything and tell you honestly whether I can help and what is needed. 3. If I can fix it, I come to your location to do the work. 4. If I can’t, I will tell you straight away so you don’t waste time or money. **What I can help with** - Slow, freezing or crashing computers - Virus, malware and popup removal - Blue screens and Windows errors - Software installation and setup - Hardware diagnosis (won’t turn on, overheating, strange noises, failing drives) - RAM / SSD upgrades and basic part replacements - Printer, Wi-Fi and peripheral setup - New PC setup and file transfers - General system cleanup and speed-up I work on Windows PCs, Macbooks and laptops.
